Director Group
All associates you personally enroll (and their enrollments) after you earn your Director Promotion become part of your Director Group.
Initial Group
All associates you personally enroll (and their enrollments) before you earn your Director Promotion become part of your Initial Group.
Associate
Must enroll with an Associate Package at a $99 one-time fee and an optional monthly $99.95/100 points AW Membership Package. (You must have 100 points of minimum monthly personal volume to qualify for commissions and bonuses.)
Senior Associate
Must enroll with a Senior Associate Package at a $299 one-time fee and an optional monthly $99.95/100 points AW Membership Package. (You must have 100 points of minimum monthly Personal Volume to qualify for commissions and bonuses.)
Director
You must have a minimum of 3 Personal Membership Sales and a total of 5 Membership Sales from your Initial Team. These sales can be to either Associate Members or Retail Client Members. You may personally sell all 5 of the required Memberships to qualify.
Executive
You must have a minimum of 5 Personal Membership Sales and a total of 25 Membership Sales from your Group. These sales can be to either Associate Members or Retail Client Members. You may personally sell all 25 of the required Memberships to qualify. There must be no more than 10 Membership Sales coming from any one leg.
Executive II
The Executive II rank can be earned by having 2 legs of Executive rank or higher in your organization.
Executive III
The Executive III rank can be earned by having 3 legs of Executive rank or higher in your organization.
Senior Executive
The Senior Executive Rank can be earned by having 5 Executive legs AND 15 Executives with at most 7 from a single leg.
Regional Executive
The Regional Executive rank can be earned by having 7 Executive legs AND 20 Executives with at most 10 from a single leg.
National Executive
The National Executive rank can be earned by having 7 Executive legs AND 50 Executives with at most 25 from a single leg.

9 Ways to Earn Income!
New Membership Sales & Residuals
Guaranteed 50% Payout to the Field.
Personal Sales
Earn $10.00 to $30.00 each month from each personal sale of AW Membership Packages, which may come from associates or clients.
Director Pool
The Director Pool receives $8.00 each month from each AW Membership Packages sold by any associate in the company. These are split among all Directors (and above) in proportion to the number of shares earned by each.
Director Pool Distribution
Pool Distribution
The Director Pool is distributed every pay period among all associates with a Director or higher rank. It is distributed in proportion to the amount of Director Pool Shares earned by each Director.
Earning Director Pool Shares
Each Director (or higher rank) earns 1 Share for every $1 earned by any associate in his/her organization by personally selling AW Membership Package for up to 2 Generations of Directors.
Executive Pool
The Executive Pool receives the remainder of $50.00 after the residuals for Personal Sales and The Director Pool is paid, which is between $12.00 and $32.00 from each AW Membership Package sold by any associate. The Executive Pool is split among all the Executives in proportion to the number of shares earned by each.
Executive Pool Distribution
Pool Distribution
The Executive Pool is distributed every pay period among all associates with an Executive or higher rank. It is distributed in proportion to the amount of Executive Pool Shares earned by each Executive.
Earning Executive Pool Shares
Each Executive (or higher rank) earns 1 Share for every $1 earned by any associate in his/her organization from the residuals of Personal AW Membership Package Sales for up to 7 Generations of Executives. The number of generations is dictated by your rank. See the “Executive Generations Eligibility” above.

Executive Generational Bonus
As an Executive or higher rank, earn $20.00 each time a Director in your Organization earns a Coding Bonus for up to 7 Generations.
Example of Compensation Model
4-5 A total of 5 Associates are now enrolled in your group. You earn your Director Promotion.
6-8 Associate #1 of your “Initial Group” reaches 5 associates in his/her group, earning his/her Director promotion.
9-10 Associate #1 has a total of 5 Associates enrolled in his/her group. As a Director he/she earns a $100 “Coding Bonus” for each. As a Director, you earn a $20 “Initial Group Matching Bonus” for each.
11-12 You enroll two new Senior Associates. They become part of your Director Group. As a Director, you earn a $100.00 “Coding Bonus” for each. You earn your Executive Promotion.
14-19 Six new Senior Associates are enrolled in your group. They become part of your Director Group. As a Director or higher, you earn a $100.00 “Coding Bonus” for each. Associate # 12 of your Director Group earns his/her Director Promotion.
20 Associate #12 of your Director Group enrolls 1 new Senior Associate. As a Director he/she earns a $100 “Coding Bonus.” As an Executive, you earn a $20 “Executive Generational Bonus.”

Monthly Car Bonus
As an AW Executive, you can qualify to join the prestigious “AW Car Club”, and receive a monthly Car Bonus of either $600.00 or $1,200.00. You may use the money for a new car or receive one-half of Car Bonus in cash.

- An Executive with 5 Executive Legs and a total of 10 Executives in your organization.
- An Executive with 5 Executives in your organization with at least 3 in separate legs.
